2. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per customer. Ticket prices may be above or below face value.
3. Ticket Delivery
All tickets are delivered electronically via email. You will receive your e-tickets within 24 hours of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct and that you can receive emails from our domain.
4. Event Changes
Event dates, times, and venues are subject to change. In the event of a cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund. In the event of a postponement, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
5. Resale Policy
We are an independent ticket marketplace. We are not affiliated with UFC or any official event organizers. All tickets sold through our platform are sourced from licensed resellers and are guaranteed to be authentic.
6. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or the event itself.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
