• The event is cancelled and not rescheduled
• Your tickets are proven to be invalid or fraudulent
• You do not receive your tickets before the event

2. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled entirely, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price within 14 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed to a later date, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, please contact our support team to discuss your options.

4. Invalid Tickets

If your tickets are denied entry at the venue due to being invalid or fraudulent, please contact us immediately with documentation. We will investigate and provide a full refund if the tickets are confirmed to be invalid.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Change of mind or inability to attend
• Incorrect information provided during purchase
• Weather-related event delays (not cancellations)
• Personal scheduling conflicts
